Baristas on Call app for iPhone and iPad

An application that connects Baristas with Cafe owners to fill in casual shifts on short notice. People need coffee like cafes need a barista but what happens when their barista goes Missing in action (MIA)? Unfortunately for cafes, its difficult to find a replacement at short notice thats why Baristas On Call was launched.
Using the BOC app, cafes can now get in touch with Baristas who are on call and available to pick up extra shifts.
So how does it work? A Baristass work life is extremely flexible and we aim to keep it that way. Whenever a Barista feels like an extra shift simply sign into the app, enter the times you are free and go on call. For a Cafe owner in need simply sign into the app and view the On Call baristas in your area their rating and offer a shift via the app. The Barista confirms that he/she will take the shift. The shift is then assigned and Barista shows up for the shift. (shifts are a minimum of 25AUD per hour) Payment is made via the app and money is released to Barista after both parties have reviewed & rated each other.
